A few helpful details
Can I pick up my garland?
Yes! Pickup garlands are preassembled and start at $20 per foot, with an 8 ft minimum. You transport and install them using your own support. An optional transport bag is $3.
What does installed pricing include?
Installed garlands start at $25 per foot, with an 8 ft minimum. Standard installation and one adjustable balloon stand are included. Delivery, decorative backdrops and complex installation upgrades are separate.
How many colors can I choose?
Three stocked colors are included. Each additional stocked color is $5. Specialty, chrome and custom colors are quoted separately.
When do I pay?
A nonrefundable retainer reserves your date and is credited toward your total. The remaining balance and any refundable equipment deposit are due on arrival before setup, or at pickup before handover.
Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Broadway, North Carolina and serve Lee and Harnett Counties and surrounding communities. Delivery is priced by distance. Share your venue address for confirmation.
Does an estimate reserve my date?
No. Your date and rental availability are confirmed through your accepted quote, signed agreement and paid retainer. Sales tax and any unpriced extras are confirmed in your final quote.
